1 c flour ( 1/2 regular, 1/2 soy) 1tsp baking powder 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 cup soy milk egg replacer ( equiv. of 1 egg) 1 c canned pumpkin 3/4 c firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla Topping 1 tbsp brown sugar 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon Combine dry ingredients in bowl
